Deposit Agreement *

I Understand and agree that in order to hold a reservation for a pick in the litter I must make a deposit of $500.00 before my reservation is guaranteed and the remaining balance will be due the day of pick-up.

Picking Agreement *

I understand and agree that my reservation doesn't reserve the first pick of the litter, but instead, that I will be reached out to in order of the reservations to schedule a day to meet the remaining puppies, *and that if I decide I don't want any of the available puppies I can roll my reservation over to the next litter.

Roll-Over Agreement *

I understand and agree that we (the breeders) can not control the number of puppies, that there may be more reservations than there are puppies, and that if you don't have enough puppies per reservation *or if I decide not to choose a puppy from the current litter that my reservation will roll over to the top of the next litter.

Refund Agreement *

If for any reason I decide not to get a puppy, or want to remove myself from the reservation list, that I am entitled to a refund of my deposit *minus any money transaction fees, if applicable.
